the hotel provided complimentary umbrellas. i thought that was convenient during the rainy days. breakfast had both a full buffet and a simple portion option at the lobby bar. this worked well since i didn't want a large meal every morning. the staff were friendly upon arrival and in a cute lobby.
the room was small. i was not used to it. the taxi fare from the station cost 20 euros. i suspect i was overcharged. the evening meal choices were limited to soup, salad, or lasagna.

the location was fantastic for exploring (it's right near everything!). the staff was helpful and cute. they offered great service from check-in to check-out. the room was clean and modern with nice bathrooms.
the dinner options at the hotel were limited. i would have loved to see a wider variety on the menu. hopefully, they expand this soon.

the staff arranged an early check in for me upon arrival. the hotel called a taxi promptly when i needed transportation. i found the availability of food options until 11pm quite convenient. breakfast had many options and the scrambled eggs were warm.
i found that the hotel's location was a little outside of the main city center. a taxi from the station cost 20 euros. i suspected overcharging occurred. a ten-minute walk to the flea market area provided access to the waterloopin tram and metro station.

umbrellas are available for guests near the main door, which is very helpful for walks. upon arrival, guests receive a chocolate bar alongside a glass of wine. the rooms facing the canal offer excellent views and are worth the increased price.
